General Information

ARTWORK
This is a topic that stresses out many of our clients. No need to worry. Whatever you have for artwork, we can make your job happen. There is always a solution to the artwork concerns.

High-resolution vector artwork is the most compatible with popular print methods. Common file-types for vector art include .ai, .eps, .cdr, .pdf. If your artwork contains text, please be sure to convert all text to outlines/paths to ensure the font properties are maintained.

For four-color process, common file types are .psd, .jpg, or .tiff files. Resolution should be 300 dpi or greater.

If you are unsure if your artwork is useable, simply contact us for a quick review.

MINIMUM QUANTITY
Each factory we work with has their specific minimum order quantity per product.
In some cases, less-than-minimum may be available, for an additional charge. Just tell us what your quantity needs are.

PRODUCTION TIME & RUSH SERVICE
Generally, domestic production times are 2 weeks. For overseas or in depth custom projects, the production time can be up to 8 weeks. However, if you need rush service to meet an event date...our policy is "Where there is a will there is a way!" We will go out of our way to help find a solution. Many of our factories offer rush production. Please keep us informed of your project's "in hands" date. We will closely monitor your order so it arrives on time.

SET UP CHARGES
Factory Set-up charges, also referred to as Screen Charges are based on the product, decoration method, and number of colors involved in the job. For embroidery, digitizing is required to prepare the logo for decoration. This fee is based on thread count in your design, not the number of colors.

SHIPPING
UPS and FedEx ground services are the standard freight methods. We always ship your order using the factories recommendation for the most economical shipping method available. Be sure to let us know your "in-hands" date, expedited freight may be needed to receive the product on time. Our products are shipped from various factories across the United States and Internationally.
